This machine works on the principle of vacuummetric filling controlled by PLC. It mainly consists of Filling Assembly, Diving Nozzle Assembly, Indexing Assembly & a Slat Conveyor Assembly.
The required Fill Volume can be set in PLC by means of which the PLC Actuated Valve of each nozzle allows the specified amount of liquid to fill. The output of the machine depends on the number of nozzles, Fill Volume & the viscosity of the liquid.
The indexing of bottles is done for automatic & accurate operation.
The diving type filling nozzles ensure that there is no overflow in case of frothy liquid.
